You bring up a good point. I wonder if there is a language processing disorder w/ the language of math. It just seems to STUMP her.

Yes to your question about counting by the regular 2, 5, and 10's ... she can do them if you start normal but start anywhere else, major trouble.

We did do a table today and she did better with that with my help ... it will be interesting to see how she fares when I present another problem tomorrow.

I really want to help her and am starting to entertain the idea of tutoring her after school maybe 2 days per week for 30 minutes to see if I can help her out. What do you thinkampgt;
