I go to the Dollar Tree and get a stocking for each kid. They only cost $1 and are big. You could also have kids bring their own stocking if you don't want to buy one. Then each kid brings in things to stuff their classmates' stockings with. Some kids bring pens, pencils, stickers, candy canes. It is fun because the kids end up with a full stocking and no one gets their feelings hurt because the kids don't know what comes from each kid.
