Again, thank you so much for responding. I agree, I will most likely be expected to use the materials I have available. I won't ask for anything at this point.There is a reading specialist on site, as well as a special | education teacher. I plan to ask them questions "after" Thanksgiving. This coming week is a little hectic for the regular classroom teachers. It is minimum-day schedule due to parent conferences. Some appear to be a bit preoccupied. So I thought it best to wait. I will take the next 3 days before Thanksgiving to assess and get a feel for the students. I have worked with them a | |
little, but not enough to feel I know what is best for them.PS: Are you a special education teacher? a resource teacher? regular classroom teacher? Just wondering. New to Resource
