Food in teaching
By Ally

Clip to ScrapBook
Why does the mandate have to be so strict? I am sure many teachers have a lesson or two that involves food. I have made cranberry sauce with my class at Thanksgiving, cookies at holidays and have practiced number facts with Smarties on occasion...to have to give it all up...ugh! Why can't there be a little flexibility? Give you a little chance to exercise professional judgement, rather than treating teachers like they were numbskulls who can't be trusted not to overfeed their students! Geesh...talk about taking a good idea TOO far!
