Thank you Karen --- all of those ideas are right on.

We are a K-6 school and don't have a counsellor. I have suggested counselling to his mom and she says she is taking him. Not sure how honest he'll be as it's a doctor friend of the mom(she's a physician).

I have already paired him with a lower reading student and I've integrated him into the class again. He met with TOTAL SUCCESS on Friday and I hope he keeps it up. After my reports are done, it will be time to create a busy ,challenging program for him!
