I found a great voucher system online (there are several out there) that worked great for my special ed class -- and great for me, too, as most of the vouchers were for privileges!

You can set up any system to work on privileges,
of course. Things like: "get a drink from the fountain" passes, sit with a friend, bring a "fuzzy friend" to school (stuffed animal toy from home), use the teacher pencil, skip three math problems, write your name in marker for one day, etc.
I think the best ones are the ones the kids think of. One year my class decided there was one particular drinking fountain that had

the coldest water. So going to that 'special' fountain was a privilege they could earn.

It is very difficult to do without food at all in a classroom but I bet you'll figure it out. Good luck!
