Clip to ScrapBook
I have been in classses where the teacher left absolutly nothing. No attendance, no seating chart, no lesson plant, no schedule, nothing. I did'nt know when his free period was or when he went to lunch. Then, I had no students. I sat there and waited. The phone rang. Why wasn't I at the computer lab with the students? I went to the lab and then I had a talk with the principal. You don't need to cover for that teacher. Tell the administration what you found, or in this case, didn't find. If it makes that teacher angry, then so be it. Principals want to know these things and if you don't tell them how will they know what is happening? I have had principals thank me. But, be tactful and pleasent.
