Subbing

It's going to take a little while for the administration and other teachers to realize you are a good sub. Hang in there. I didn't get regular subbing jobs until the school year following the year I graduated (I graduated Dec 2000 so Sept. 2001) I even student taught in the school. Keep plugging away and be nice to the staff. Good Luck!P.S. Try not to turn down any jobs if you can help it!
