team leader

does being team leader actually mean that you do everything? i think a great leader delegates. we don't have a team leader at my grade level; we have our specialties. i take care of buses for field trips; my partner is great at making schedules and spreadsheets; i do lots of internet searches for games and activities; my partner searches through workbooks for applicable activities.your team could divide up jobs according to skill and comfort level--and then just let it go--if something doesn't get done, everyone knows who dropped the ball.
