Clip to ScrapBook
I write my iep goals in my grade book. When I am recording grades I can quickly glance and see what IEP is next to be worked on or what I haven't worked on in a while and need to recheck.

I look at these goals weekly as I plan next week's work for the students.

I've also used a clipboard with sticky notes. I would write the child's name on several notes and through out the day write down observations or grades/scores and later put those sticky notes in my grade book under the correct IEP goal.
