reading books to class

I read Charlotte's Web to my first graders every spring. I follow it with the movie. The children really enjoy it. At Christmastime, I read The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. The students love to hear about the naughty boys and girls in the story. I give them the book for Christmas. I use free points from Scholastic to purchase the books.
