Where is your administration?

This lady sounds very sweet and nice, but I don't think she is doing what is best for the students. Where are your administrators? Are they aware of what has been happening? I think your pricipal needs to step in here and if he or she is not aware of what is going on someone must fill her in. I don't usually recommend this, but in this case I think it is imperative. She can no longer do her job and provide a safe and educationally sound environment for her students.
