I would mention that you are always willing to meet with parents if they request a conference or want to meet about something.

Tell them you will give parents your school phone number and school e-mail address.

Send home a weekly newsletter.

Tell them that you will not hesitate to call parents if you feel there is a concern or issue that needs to be discussed.

Tell them that you are very welcoming of parent volunteers~in the classroom, field trips, other school activities.

Also that parents are welcome to come to school.
