I too won't be working with the same teachers next year; I'm actually moving, though. Toward the end of the year, the other teachers stopped including me in conversations about next year and planning for the future, and then I felt left out. I just had to tell myself that they weren't doing it to be mean. They probably just didn't want to bother me with things they knew didn't really involve me. I don't think you should say anything. Just try to keep in touch with them when you can, but don't make a big deal out of it.
