SO many teachers can do anything in front of kids but just HATE to be on stage in front of colleagues/parents etc. Just remember that very few are paying that much attention to YOU. They are either thinking about their own performance or just focusing on kid issues. I have to do the same thing at a dinner on Monday and feel just like you.
