I know how frusterating that can be. It probably has nothing to do with you personally. Many times they already know who they want, and the interviews are just a big show. Other times, someone with more experience is interviewing also. Remember also that now is the time when districts can afford to be a bit choosy. Right before the year begins, when schools have a larger than expected enrollment, they often can't afford to be too picky because by that time, all the really experienced teachers already have positions. Don't worry, it will work out!
