I agree with everything Debbie posted, especially about the endorsements. I have been on several interview committees for my school and I can tell you where someone went to school was NEVER an issue in the hiring process. Sure, there might be some "friendly" feelings to some one frome an alma mater, but it was literally never a consideration for who we hired. It was never even a topic of conversation. Hope this helps.
