I agree with Christi. I have just begun working as a resource teacher. Most teachers come to SST meeting unarmed. What I mean by that is - no documentation. Documentation is so powerful.Document *every* intervention you make - when, for how long, results. Also, document signigicant incidents. Far as 504s, I have heard of them, but I haven't seen one yet! I think my district does not promote them.
