I *think* that I will be rehired for next year. The district will give me a final answer soon.
IF I am rehired, I, too, will be much more organized!!! This year, I did not know what do do - REALLY. Before this year, I never saw an official IEP. I worked with resource students, but I never got into the paperwork aspect of the job. So looking over the IEPs and all those official forms was too much for me.

I hope that you check this site out over the summer. I will have a lot of questions. Right now, I am trying to get through the next two weeks! I have progress reports to write, no big deal, just a bit time consuming. And all that other paperwork to complete.
