reading homework

Well, It sounds like you are in a tough situations. You want to help your cousin help himself. I don't know that I would intrude on this family affair unless they ask your professional opinion. At least she is reading to him, that is a good strategy to use to get him interested in reading, however I think that you are concerned that he can not read? His mom really should be making him do his own work and at least some of his own reading. Sometimes we do too much for our kids!
