I actually have a contract for the county I wanted to work in and will be guarenteed a job in August. This actually is the only reason I am considering not taking the offer. I know I should be happy with something, but I am concerned I would get bad observations and risk losing my dream in the first year! With the contract I am required to stay there for two years. This also has me in a bind!!
