this happens to me every year--this year it happened twice. i try to look at it positively: in that it helps me realize how LOW they really are (wow 56--and look at what you can do!) and, as a 6th grade teacher, at least it gives me something i can send on to the junior high so they have a heads-up. at least we have a number to point to now.i had 2 kids "graduate" from RRoom this year! (actually i had 3, but the 2 are going to really struggle without assistance). their ability finally met up with their IQ--hurrah! (with sarcasm)
