I too have never been asked such a question. I have had principals ask how I write lesson plans, how I handle upset parents, and things like that, but never something so incredibly specific with only one right answer. I wouldn't have known how to answer that one either!

There's no way to "study" for an interview. Mostly just be familiar with the school/district and be aware of what the principal may be looking for in a teacher. For example, when I interviewed for my last job, I knew that they wanted someone who could handle "involved" parents, so I thought about how I would handle different situations involving parents. There are also some websites that have lists of typical interview questions.
