Clip to ScrapBook
If you don't mind, can you help with this one too. I don't think my answer is very good. What do they want me to say when they ask me about how I will handle discipline situations? I usually say that I want to be consistent
with the school and grade level team. Then I talk about a clip changing technique that we used at the school where I student taught. Then I talk some about using prevention, following BIPs and not responding to attention seeking behavior.

I don't know if this is the answer that they want to hear. What do you think?

In my teacher prep. course, we learned a lot of stuff about

positive discipline, limit setting, letting the class make up the rules and strategies that sounded like feel-good nonsense to me backed by lofty ideals. Is this what I'm supposed to say?
