strengths: 1.flexible, 2.patient, 3.enthusiastic I say each word, then give a short explanation. For example, "I'm flexible. I can adapt my lessons to the interests and needs of the students and the planning
1. inexperience (I'm new), 2. unfamiliarity with all the legal terms (the kids are classified in so many different categories and we have to respond to them each differently), and 3. I haven't practiced parent-teacher conferences. Then, I say that I hope to work with a supportive team to whom I can turn to ask questions so that I can improve in this area. I don't know if this is too long-winded and critical, and I am aware that the weakness answers are not adjectives. But it is the best way I can think of to make my inexperience sound like I want to be a team-player and that I'm open-minded. What do you think? What did you say?
