Books
By Jennifer in OK

Clip to ScrapBook
Make sure that you look past those that are 4th grade level. You will have some reading below level and some reading above level. Some great authors would be Judy Blume, Beverley Cleary, Roald Dahl, and Avi. I would look for books outside of these authors. Think of books from your own childhood and use that as a springboard for what you would like to purchase. I also made a page on my class site that list the books that I enjoy, as well as their level and AR points. You can look at that if you think it is something you would be interested in. www.geocities.com/connors_mom_2001/index.html. Then click on the link for my book club.
