I also thought that I was having a heart attack a few years ago and found that I have an anxiety disorder. I recently weaned myself off of it and still at times have had the feeling of the attack coming on but I have learned to talk myself out of them. If people could only see how demanding, stressful, and intense a teacher's job really is!!!
