It sounds like you did an excellent job. I also had an interview on Monday and they told me they would not have time to do reference checks until next week, but I think it went well and I am optimistic. I'm sure others will appreciate the questions you posted. Here are some others I was asked

What experiences qualify you for this position?
How do you deal with diversity in the classroomI was also asked most of the questions the original poster mentioned..technology, reading, classroom management and discipline, dealing with conflict. Hope all of this helps! Julia
