I haven't gotten a degree through them, but I did take a class. It seemed pretty good; there were a couple things that I didn't like (due dates seemed oddly spaced: too close for big assignments and lots of time where nothing was due) but that may have just been that particular class or instructor. The structure of the classes was pretty defined (how many times you needed to post to the class message board, etc.)
