secretary and administration

I too was wondering why the secretary can make these decisions and insult teachers in front of the students. I'm sorry that your administration isn't more supportive. Do they know about these things? I honestly don't think I could work in a school where the administration didn't support the teachers. My administration is great about that, but I always hear about how it's not the same at other schools. I just don't get it...
