That is really great to hear. As teachers we don't see that appreciation enough, so it's nice to see that once in awhile.

My principal wrote a small blurp in our staff newsletter thanking us for being great teachers, but I didn't hear a word about it from anyone else.

Maybe people didn't realize it was teacher appreciation week.

Anyway, that is very thoughtful!
