unfair By ALLI

Has he told you when he'll make his decision? It's a bit unfair that he's stringing you along this late in the year. Have you asked him what he's factoring in to make his decision? Is it you as a teacher? Is it something to do with numbers of students?

Are you applying and interviewing with other schools? If I were you, I'd keep my options open just in case.
