I'm shocked at how tacky adults can act to each other, especially after reading what the other poster said about people putting items in the teachers' boxes. Honestly, I don't know why you're worried about hurting her feelings; she certainly isn't worried about hurting yours or anyone else's. I would avoid her like the plague.
