walkies By AKA

My partner constantly bucks the system. She SHOULD HAVE gotten herself her own walkie talkie. Of course, like everything else, she didn't follow the correct procedure. This is not the first. Here are my principals exact| words to me saying, "Geez, it seems like I can't leave without wondering how my kids will be taken care of." She said, "You shouldn't have to worry about your kids. That is why you have a partner." It shouldn't matter if there is a "runner" or a normal child. She should be concerned about ALL of them. It wasn't like she didn't know he runs. If she hasn't figured that out by two weeks | | before the end of school, maybe she needs to teach older kids who are more independent. She just always acts like ALL the kids are such a big hassle.I guess, too, that a competent partner would be nice. Maybe showing a little effort when it comes to the kids and handling the IEP kids. She is totally disinterested in dealing with them. I hope this time, her getting in trouble, might actually remind her that she is a teacher to ALL children, not the select few that don't have issues or she doesn't have to "watch" (her words). She has blamed them (IEP kids) all year for her bad evaluations and issue with classroom management. She is completely OLD SCHOOL and the kids suffer because of her unwillingness to understand inclusion, or for that matter compassion.
