How to handle a nosy neighbor

My mentor gave me some good advice on this situation. She uses humor when her friends and neighbors ask her opinion on school related stuff. She tells me just to have a standard line ready and use it every single time. Pretty soon they wil get the message that you ain't talking. Her line is, "What are you trying to do -- get me fired?"
