younger teachers

I have noticed that our principal seems to favor younger teachers too. I don't think they bring it upon themselves (at least in this case), but it just happens. Have you contacted your principal about getting an interview? Maybe one of the teachers you work for can suggest to him that he interview you, since you're a talented teacher. Don't be afraid to come out of your comfort zone by talking to the principal or other administrators. Going from my own experience, it helps to have another faculty member vouch for your effectiveness as a teacher.
