I sub in a suburb of Kansas City and our full day pay is $105 and $57.50 for a half day. There is an additional $10.00 (full day) or $5.00 (half day) for working on Fridays. Also, we have an incentive pay scale for working so many hours.For example, if you work 251 hours in a semester, you receive an additional $200. We also have an increase in pay if we have a long term assignment. It is an automated system and a wonderful school system to work in.
