If you have a portfolio and they did not have a lot of time to look at it. Maybe call and offer to bring your portfolio back and leave it for them to look through. Portfolio's are wonderful ways to show all of your hard work -- lesson plans, pictures of student activities, etc. The interviewers I had loved looking at all the pictures of activities I had my students do in the past (during student teaching and my first part-time position).

Also, like the poster aboved mention -- thank you notes. I would use those to show how much I appreciate their time and that I am very interested in the position.
