being interviewed by a panel is the most intimidating thing ever! i have done many panel interviews in the past. the largest one i ever had was when i was interviewed among a panel of 15!! they were all 1-2 grade teachers.| it was extremely nerve wracking. but take your time, focus on the person who is asking you the question. start off looking at them as you speak then make eye contact with others as you speak. you will probably do this naturally, looking at everyone, just the way you do when talking ot a group of friends. i have also done another interview where the panel was of about 5. but i was also | | being videotaped. the thing that was aggravating about that, was i had to speak into a microphone and it constantly echoed. so i would hear myself repeat what i just said. and to top it off, the recording was shown on the tv's that were on around the room. so i could watch myself talking as i was giving the interview. i kept lookign at myself in the interview rather than looking at hte panel. it was very distracting!!!goodl uck to you!
