I have one computer in my classroom, and it is the same computer that I use for work. If the students need to use it, we create a sign-up list on the board. We divy up the time equally so that one student doesn't hog the entire class period. I teach middle school, so I don't have kids all day long. Sometimes other teachers will let me send a kid in to use their computer too.
