She wouldn't get in trouble for selling copies on ebay. The reason she wouldn't get into trouble is because she's starting the cost at below what the book is worth. If she were only offering it at the 20.00 then she would be in trouble. Clearly she's offering it at a price that is low and that covers shipping and materials and time. (It says free shipping on the listing) The book cost $14.99 when I bought it back in the 90s. She's well below cost. If someone pays more because the bids go higher, then that is the fault of the demand...not the seller. (Just like all things on Ebay)
