Blind Leading Sighted
By Understand Totally

Clip to ScrapBook
I totally understand your frustration -- I have said our school motto for the past two years should have been "The Blind Leading the Sighted." Our school prospered for years under a strong administrator and our staff worked together well. Under new management, faculty members are constantly frustrated by changes "for the sake of change" rather than for the good of students. The school, in my opinion, is not nearly as effective as it used to be. It seems that it's all about power with some -- anyone with logical ideas remains unheard and those who camp out in the principal's office instead of handling their responsibilities become the mouthpieces of the faculty.
