according to what I've read in 4 blocks books you're supposed to look at what the kids are writing during the writing block. Then, choose words that kids are misspelling most often. Of course you want to stay on grade-level. Most all 2nd graders are going to mispell like "atmosphere," and so forth.Shannon2nd
