I have not used Sitton, but I began using Orton this year and have really liked it. One of the teachers I work with is certified trainer of the program, so I have basically been following her lead this year. Her old school had a 2 week inservice on using the program. I is something to check into. It is a program that helps with spelling and phonics and then shows in their writing.
