I don't know of any website and you don't need to contact anyone. All you need to do is complete a survey, write a general letter and send it off. When you address the envelope, you need to include a note to the mail carrier requesting that they deliver to any school with a second grade class in Anytown, each state. If you would like a copy of the survey and directions, email me and I will get them to you.
