"Camp Learned a Lot"
By dori

Clip to ScrapBook
At the end of the year I like to pretend we are at a special camp. I dress down in my jeans, wear a backpack and carry a clipboard and a whistle. We talk about all the fun things we did that year and we just do some of the activities again. Then they can write about the activities and if you have time take a few pictures. You can even turn pictures into postcards and mail them to the kids over the summer.

At camp you know you do all sorts of fun stuff like picnics and sports games and crafts. You can add all the extra fun stuff you want. Sing-a-longs around a camp lantern was my favorite. The kids don't want to learn anything that last week anyway. You can have goofy camp awards at the end too. Make tshirts to wear. ETC.
