Along with Your Idea...
By Jeannie

Clip to ScrapBook
To go along with your idea of 40 reasons...the kids can make thumb prints on the card or poster. If you arrange them in circles, they could represent flower petals with some being picked. Remember the old saying "She loves me..She loves not..?" Instead, you could be counting the forty reasons by picking the flower petals. If there's room, the kids can label their thumb prints with their names. Or, each petal can be labeled with a quality of her personality for the forty reasons. A fifth grader could draw the hand picking them and don't forget to make some green thumb prints as leaves and grass! Hope this makes sense!
