I think that you should not say anything, especially given that school is almost out and you are not returning. As soon as that last bell rings and you are done packing up your stuff, you'll never have to deal with her again. Saying something snotty is tempting, but it won't accomplish anything. Just be nice to her and ignore her comments about your leaving early. I don't think she's jealous; I think she's just an uhappy woman.
