Our director makes it clear at the interview that you shouldn't consider accepting a job in our program unless you consider it your ministry. The pay is a token of appreciation. Our tuition is at level that anyone in the church can afford it, or make use of scholarship funds. Lead teachers make $30/day, assitants make $24.
