I almost did the same thing as the other poster who said she was sending the same letter to principals without changing the name. I also had district specific information in my letter. After I sent them all I panicked because I thought I hadn't changed the information. I opened it up on my computer to check, and luckily I had. While proofreading the first letter, I caught the mistake, but I guess I changed the other ones without thinking. Copy and paste isn't always a good thing!
